About LUDA Partners

LUDA Partners is a healthtech company bringing digital transformation to the pharmacy industry.

Through our technology, we connect pharmacies with leading delivery platforms, e-commerce players and pharmaceutical partners, helping them grow online, access new digital sales channels and stay competitive in a fast-changing market.

We are already active across the UK and Ireland, where we have been working with Just Eat for the past couple of years. Today, LUDA works with 80+ pharmacies in Ireland and 400+ pharmacies in the UK, and we are now expanding the vertical further with Uber Eats, with Deliveroo coming next.

We are now looking for a Business Development Lead (UK & Ireland) to help drive the next stage of our commercial expansion in these markets.

The Role

Reporting directly to the founders, you will play a key role in the commercial expansion of LUDA Partners across Ireland and the UK.

You will work closely with the leadership team to execute our go-to-market strategy, drive pharmacy acquisition, develop strategic partnerships, and support the growth of our presence in both markets.

From day one, you will have a high level of autonomy and responsibility, with the opportunity to take ownership of key commercial projects and make a direct impact on the international expansion of the company.

As the business grows, you will coordinate a small team supporting commercial activities and progressively take on greater responsibility within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the commercial expansion of LUDA Partners in Ireland and the UK, with a strong focus on pharmacy acquisition and market growth.
  • Execute and adapt marketing initiatives developed by headquarters in Spain to generate qualified leads in the local market.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with pharmacies, clients, and strategic partners.
  • Manage key accounts and ensure an excellent end-to-end customer experience.
  • Represent LUDA Partners in meetings with industry stakeholders, partners, and selected events when needed.
  • Contribute to building brand awareness and positioning in the Irish and UK pharmacy ecosystem.
  • Track, analyze, and report on commercial performance and key growth metrics.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across B2B and B2C partnerships.
  • Support the setup and coordination of local operations as the business scales.
